GOALS: Listen to and/or present ideas regarding any or all of the following subjects:
Sustainable City Design - Look at physical models of livable, carfree, "eco-cities," and sustainable land use planning. Discuss "needs" for practicable and
enjoyable community existence. Discuss intentional communities and co-housing prospects.
Basic Human Dignity Needs - Examine the usefulness of a holistic indexing system to categorize and prioritize individual, community, national issues.
Discuss the Institute's particular breakdown of eight major categories and hundreds of sub-categories with respect to the media, educational curriculum,
and governmental structure.
21st Century Constitutions - Consider the ramifications of a constitution that doesn't address issues concerning health, the environment, education,
economic regulation, land use planning, and international affairs.
Moral Evolution - By what criteria can we establish that our modern existence is more civilized than at previous points in history? What constitutes moral
evolution?
