FOR 2003

Teachers, asst. directors, new director's and others should attend these meetings. Any returning director could benefit from this meeting, esp. if you've not attended one before or your numbers were below 80. Counselor and volunteers may attend. Let me know in April how many will be attending so I can get the right amount of chairs, drinks and munchies.

May 17, Saturday, 9am - noon

Denver Location: May 17th, 9am - noon, at the Gardens at St. Elizabeth (retirement hi-rise), 2835 W. 32nd Ave. We'll meet on the top floor, the big Multi-purpose room. Please have your teachers be prompt and park on the street, not in the residents parking lot. It's a 14 story building, easily recognizable.

From Federal Blvd. (between Speer & I-70) it is only 1 & 1/2 blocks east, towards the city. Their phone is 303 477-4442 - Sister Denise confirmed reservation (303) 964-2001. Remind everyone to bring the address/directions, and their manuals/curriculum. They should have read their particular curriculum and be ready with questions, etc. Start circulating the video (this is a great way to introduce CI to potential teachers).

After the orientation camps operating June 2-6 and 9-11 will be welcome to follow me to the storage unit on Federal to collect their camp materials. See Materials section of Director's Orientation page.
